UVINFRA S.L. is obliged to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by using the forms included on the website. In this case, UVINFRA S.L. will be considered responsible for the data collected through the means described above.
UVINFRA S.L. informs users that the purpose of the data collected includes: Responding to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact list, provision of services, management of the business relationship and response to queries.
The operations, procedures and technical processes that are carried out in an automated or non-automated manner and that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data are considered to be personal data processing.
All personal data collected through this website, and therefore considered to be personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by UVINFRA S.L.
Communication of information to third parties
We inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to third-party organisations; except when such transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only be carried out when UVINFRA S.L. has the express consent of the user.
User rights
Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.
User data is processed by UVINFRA S.L. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to these data; in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data.
To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, proving his/her identity (ID or passport), to the following address: C/ Girona, 27 08291 Ripollet (Barcelona); or to the address that is replaced in the General Data Protection Register. This communication must reflect the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request, address and supporting data.
The user himself must exercise these rights. However, an authorised person may exercise them as the authorised person’s legal representative. In such case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
